This role serves under the Chief Power Engineer and includes significant responsibilities in operating boilers, generators, and HVAC systems across various facilities. You'll play a critical role in monitoring systems through the Building Automation System, ensuring a comfortable environment for patients and staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain power plant equipment

• Manage HVAC systems and related technologies

• Monitor building alarms and system performance

• Perform trades duties in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Certificate as a 4th Class Power Engineer

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License

• Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
