Elevate your aerospace career as a Structural Design Engineer in Victoria, British Columbia. This role focuses on structural design and ECM processes to meet airworthiness standards.
We are seeking a Structural Design Engineer with 3 to 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Your main responsibilities will include performing detailed structural design and development, ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will create and review 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5 and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform structural design for aerospace components
• Manage Engineering Change Management processes effectively
• Create and update 3D models and 2D drawings
• Conduct design reviews and maintain accurate documentation
• Apply GD&T principles for assembly accuracy
Requirements:
• 3 to 10 years of aerospace engineering experience
• Proficient in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA PLM systems
• Strong understanding of airworthiness requirements
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
