Blastworks is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead mobile casino games in Victoria, BC. This full-time, in-office role emphasizes real ownership and game development involvement.

As a key player in our studio, you will manage live game roadmaps and ensure the execution of engaging player events while collaborating closely with a tight-knit team. Your insights from data and player behavior will guide our innovative features and overall game strategy, making this position essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product roadmap and priorities for live titles

• Drive live-ops planning and implementation

• Make strategic trade-offs for features and quality

• Analyze player behavior to inform decisions

• Provide leadership to design and analytics teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years in gaming product management

• Experience with F2P or economy-driven games

• Strong intuition for game design and monetization

• Ability to make decisions in fluid, fast-paced settings

• Willingness to work closely with colleagues onsite
