Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a collaborative team of Investment Management professionals
• Develop and execute strategic business plans
• Identify business opportunities and recommend enhancements
• Engage advisors in enriching client experiences
• Maintain a culture of risk management and accountability
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Sales Leadership and relevant industry experience
• Deep knowledge of HNW and UHNW client sectors
• Undergraduate university degree
• CIRO Registered Representative and Supervisor
• Proven track record in performance management
