Licensed Practical Nurse LTC - Multiple location Victoria BC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Permanent Full-Time

Locations: Multiple locations – Victoria, British Columbia

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $32.84 - $55.91

Overview

We are recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses for multiple long‑term care communities in Victoria, BC. These homes provide complex and person‑centred care, supported by strong interdisciplinary teams and a culture that encourages internal growth. Each site offers a stable environment, professional development opportunities, and supportive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, resident‑centred nursing care within a long‑term care environment
  • Conduct assessments, administer medications, and support personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with RNs, HCAs, Allied Health, and clinical leadership
  • Maintain accurate clinical charting and support regulatory compliance

    Engage in a team‑oriented, respectful, and supportive workplace culture
Required Qualifications
  • Active or eligible LPN registration with BCCNM
  • First Aid & BLS certification
  • Criminal Record Check &
    Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Up‑to‑date vaccinations
    , including TB screening
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rates following the BC Provincial Wage Guide (unionized facilities) – $32.84 - $55.91
  • Full benefits and paid time off
  • Annual LPN licensing renewal reimbursement
  • Sign‑on bonus available after 90 days (amount varies by program)
  • Relocation Assistance: LPNs who are relocating will be eligible for up to $4,000 in relocation support. Receipts must be provided, and reimbursement will be issued on the first day of employment

  • Local Hire Bonus: LPNs who are not relocating will receive a $100 bonus after 90 days of employment.
