This contract position requires a dedicated CT Technologist with at least 6 months of recent experience. Responsibilities include performing imaging procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and adhering to safety standards. Candidates must hold CAMRT certification, possess current BLS certification, and demonstrate strong communication and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT imaging as per established safety protocols
• Prepare and position patients for examinations
• Administer contrast media and monitor patients
• Operate CT scanners accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation via PACS/RIS systems
Requirements:
• Active registration as Medical Radiation Technologist in British Columbia
• CAMRT certification is required
• Advanced CT training or certification preferred
• Minimum of 6 months recent CT experience
• Current BLS certification needed
