Location: North Saanich
Make a meaningful impact as a Registered Care Aide in North Saanich. We offer flexible shifts from 3 to 12 hours to accommodate your schedule.
In this role, you will assist clients in various daily living activities while ensuring their comfort and safety. Your responsibilities will range from personal care tasks to assisting with household duties, ultimately fostering independence among seniors. Our supportive team environment and extended health benefits create a fulfilling experience for all staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide home support services and personal care
• Report and observe significant client changes
• Facilitate daily living activities for client independence
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at care locations
• Transport clients to appointments and events
Requirements:
• Completion of a Health Care Assistant Program
• Clear criminal record check
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
• Proven communication skills
• First Aid/CPR certification required
