Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and prepare patients for specimen collection

• Conduct phlebotomies and connect holter monitors

• Carry out special test collections and document results

• Engage with clients and address their needs

• Accurately enter patient information into the system

Requirements:

• Completed Medical Laboratory Assistant training or relevant experience

• Proficient in phlebotomy and patient care techniques

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Capacity to work collaboratively and independently

• Uphold strict patient confidentiality standards
