Life Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform clinical testing and ensure quality patient results across disciplines including Hematology and Chemistry. Enjoy flexible, casual shifts tailored to your schedule.
In this role, you will uphold laboratory quality and safety standards while partaking in continuous improvement measures. Your analytical and troubleshooting skills will be pivotal in maintaining accurate results using advanced lab equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate clinical testing per established protocols
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory analyzers
• Conduct quality control and resolve testing discrepancies
• Validate methods and new reagent lots for accuracy
• Utilize lab systems for tracking and reporting results
Requirements:
• Must be registered with CAMLPR or certified by CSMLS
• Experience in laboratory disciplines is favored
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Proficient with MS Windows and lab software
• Capable of independent and team-based work environments
