As a Clinical Audiologist, you'll provide vital diagnostic and treatment services, focusing on the hearing needs of children and special populations. Reporting to the Senior Audiologist, you will also coordinate community programs, offering education to families about hearing health.
Your role is critical in ensuring a high standard of patient safety and promoting optimal hearing outcomes in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer comprehensive audio logic evaluations
• Fit and monitor hearing devices and FM equipment
• Implement community education programs on hearing health
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Provide supervision for Audiometric Technicians
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Audiology
• Active licensure in British Columbia
• Relevant community audiology experience
• Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities
• Willingness to travel as needed
