As part of the addiction services team, you will provide vital assessments and interventions for clients dealing with substance use and mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and address client needs through targeted interventions
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and strategies
• Facilitate outreach and educational services in the community
• Support client families in understanding treatment processes
• Monitor client progress and provide continuous support
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in a relevant health-related field
• Minimum of 3 years applicable experience in addiction services
• Strong grasp of treatment methodologies and community resources
• Valid BC Driver's License required
• Exceptional communication and empathy skills
