As a Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for administering vaccines, conducting medication reviews, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical services such as care plan development
• Administer vaccines and immunizations for patients
• Monitor drug therapy for effectiveness and interactions
• Counsel patients on prescriptions and health topics
• Supervise pharmacy students during restricted activities
Requirements:
• Licensed with the BC College of Pharmacist
• Injection certification is a must
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
