What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)As a Pharmacist on our team, you will deliver the "Mint Experience"—thoughtful, compassionate service and clinical care that puts patients first. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Patient Care & Clinical Services: Conduct clinical assessments, manage chronic and acute medication therapy, and provide comprehensive patient counseling.
- Clinical Interventions: Administer injections and vaccines, adapt and renew prescriptions, and manage drug therapies to optimize patient health outcomes.
- Dispensing & Quality Assurance: Oversee the accurate preparation, packaging, labeling, and dispensing of medications, ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Interdisciplinary
Collaboration:
Work closely with local physicians, clinics, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate seamless transitions of care. - Healthcare
Education:
Serve as a trusted drug information resource for patients, caregivers, and fellow healthcare professionals.
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and compassionate professional who meets the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Licensure: Active Pharmacist license (or immediate eligibility for licensure) with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (CPBC).
- Injection Certification: Valid certification to administer injections in British Columbia.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with pharmacy software (experience with Kroll is highly preferred) and electronic health records. - Background Check: Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search prior to employment.
- Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a collaborative team player mindset.
