Patient Services Specialist

Join FYidoctors as a Patient Services Specialist in the Victoria - Shelbourne clinic. This full-time role is pivotal in delivering excellent patient support and services.

You will be responsible for greeting patients, managing check-ins, and performing essential pre-testing to enhance eye care. This position allows you to engage with patients via phone, email, and in person while handling appointments and managing billing efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage patients upon arrival

• Manage patient check-in and check-out effectively

• Prepare prescription printouts and coordinate appointments

• Aid in eyewear pickups and minor repairs

• Assist with clinic operations and other duties

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Ability to thrive in a busy environment

• Technology savvy, especially with MS Office

• Excellent communication skills

• Team-oriented with a flexible attitude
