Position: Part-Time Health Care Aide Role
Join Age Care Sandringham as a part-time Health Care Aide and provide compassionate support to residents in Victoria, BC. Your efforts will directly enhance their quality of life every day.

In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated care team, helping residents with bathing, feeding, and assisting mobility under the supervision of a Staff Nurse. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred, alongside completion of a Personal Care Aide Certificate. This opportunity offers a chance to grow within a supportive community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal hygiene care and support for residents

• Facilitate safe transfers in and around the facility

• Assist residents during meal and snack times

• Administer routine treatments per care plans

• Guide residents to social and recreational activities

Requirements:

• One year of experience in continuing care preferred

• Valid Personal Care Aide Certificate or equivalent

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

• Registration with the CLHA is essential

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
