Age Care is searching for a dedicated Recreation Aide to assist in organizing engaging activities for our senior residents. This role combines interaction with seniors, planning of programs, and requires effective communication skills. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a positive environment, all while ensuring residents enjoy enriching experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging activities for residents

• Maintain records of individual participation in programs

• Communicate effectively with residents and staff

• Facilitate outings and ensure residents’ enjoyment

• Assist in evaluating daily activities and meal services

Requirements:

• College diploma in Recreation or related field

• Experience working with seniors is essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Valid driver's license for resident transport
