In this meaningful role, you'll deliver non-medical care tailored to each client’s Plan of Care. Offering companionship, light housekeeping assistance, and emotional support are central to helping clients maintain their independence. This position is focused on enriching lives while promoting a safe and comfortable environment in the home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive, non-medical care as per client plans
• Engage with clients through conversation and activities
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming
• Ensure accurate documentation of care notes
• Uphold safety procedures and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current CPR & First Aid certification necessary
• Vulnerable Sector Police Records Check needed
• Strong communication skills essential
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
