Key Responsibilities:

• Guide recruitment initiatives to attract diverse talent

• Foster relationships with HRBPs and departmental leaders

• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs

• Create and implement performance management systems

• Conduct regular check-ins with property managers and teams

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a HR leader

• Strong foundation in developing and implementing DEIB strategies

• Effective communicator with stakeholders

• Knowledge of performance review methodologies

• Capacity for regular travel across properties
