Position: Cape Breton HR Officer Role
Join the Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education as an HR Personnel Officer, focusing on pivotal HR operations including data analysis and employee engagement initiatives.

In this full-time role, the HR Personnel Officer will manage diverse HR services to enhance educational staff effectiveness. Responsibilities include not just overseeing data management, but also supporting recruitment processes and facilitating employee onboarding. An emphasis is placed on teamwork and effective resolution strategies within a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of employee documentation and HR data

• Analyze and maintain Human Resources information systems

• Coordinate recruitment and staffing activities

• Assist with performance evaluations and appraisals

• Provide HR information to employees and supervisors

Requirements:

• Two years of relevant HR experience

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and reporting

• Experience with SAP HR systems is an asset

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
