Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement training programs focused on safety and leadership skills
• Align training initiatives with strategic organizational goals
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for trades leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee onboarding
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Educational background in business or Adult Education
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in learning and development
• Familiarity with unionized environments and industrial operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong communication and analytical capabilities
