In this role, you will report to the Service Desk Lead, addressing IT incidents and fulfilling service requests efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to minimizing disruptions and ensuring a seamless user experience. Embrace the opportunity to enhance your IT skills while supporting critical operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist staff with IT support requests using remote tools
• Document and update incident tickets promptly
• Manage and prioritize service requests per SLAs
• Conduct hardware installations in various environments
• Work with teams on production control and issue resolution
Requirements:
• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• At least one year of practical help desk experience
• Proficient in Windows system support
• Experience with ticket management applications
• Knowledge of ITIL or remote administration tools are a plus
