Position: People Analytics Advisor at BCI
Shape the future of workforce planning with BCI as a Senior Advisor, People Insights and Workforce Intelligence in Victoria. Utilize advanced analytics and predictive modelling to inform organizational strategies.

As part of your role, you will advise HR and business leaders on tackling workforce challenges while conducting deep analytical studies. You'll develop predictive models for talent forecasting and empower decision-making through compelling data stories, influencing stakeholders at all levels, including the CEO and board members. This position ensures you collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimized data integrity and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise business leaders and HR on workforce effectiveness

• Design and maintain predictive workforce models

• Generate executive-level reports and strategic visuals

• Ensure data integrity in workforce analytics platforms

• Present data-driven insights to executive audiences

Requirements:

• Over 10 years in workforce intelligence or analytics

• 8+ years in a consultative role with senior leadership

• Degree in data analytics or a related field

• Proficient in statistical modelling and BI tools

• Familiar with HRIS systems, especially Workday
