Wireless Network Technician

In this position, you will bridge field operations with core network support, ensuring seamless service from cell sites to core networks. You'll need hands-on experience with RAN infrastructure, RF testing, and strong analytical skills. Being flexible to work on-call is essential for responding to network incidents promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission LTE and 5G equipment

• Troubleshoot RF testing and sector outages

• Support microwave backhaul installations

• Monitor alarms using OSS/NMS tools

• Perform fiber cross-connects and cabling

Requirements:

• Diploma in Telecommunications or related field

• 3+ years of relevant telecom experience

• Valid tower climbing certification, if applicable

• Strong IP networking fundamentals

• Solid understanding of OSI Layers 1-3
