As a Senior Computer Technician at ADGA, you will lead technical teams while engaging in high-impact work.

Your role will involve maintaining and testing computer systems, mentoring colleagues, and providing specialized support for the RCN DMOC network and associated systems. You will contribute to critical technology initiatives and ensure the systems meet stringent security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform DMOC operator services to maintain operational readiness

• Support technical exercises and provide on-site assistance when required

• Collaborate with NTDCA personnel on training applications

• Ensure RCN security processes are implemented correctly

• Handle technology refresh and manage spare inventory as needed

Requirements:

• College Technical Diploma in Information Technology

• 10 years' IT technician experience

• 4 years' recent experience as a Computer/Network technician

• Familiarity with WAN, LAN, and endpoint security

• Eligible for Secret Level II Canadian Federal Government clearance
