Become the primary IT support for Actalent's Malahat and Victoria locations. This hands-on role focuses on end-user support and troubleshooting in a Windows environment, ensuring seamless technology operations.

Actalent is seeking an IT Site Lead with at least five years of IT support experience. You will oversee operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain local infrastructure. A strong customer-first mindset and effective collaboration with IT teams are essential for success in this contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary IT contact for on-site staff

• Provide end-to-end support for IT issues

• Manage incidents and service requests via ITSM tools

• Support Active Directory user administration

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows environments

• Experience with networking fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory

• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical problems
