Key Responsibilities:

• Manage server operations for academic systems

• Address technical support inquiries from users

• Perform essential system and hardware maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent credentials

• 3+ years in system administration within large environments

• Strong proficiency in Windows or Linux systems

• Excellent communication skills for technical support
