Responsibilities

• Education:
  
  Bachelor s degree.
• Tasks:
  Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
• Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
• Recruit and hire staff.
• Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Lead and co-ordinate teams of design professionals in the development and integration of information and communication system architecture, hardware and software.
• Experience:
  
  5 years or more.
