Senior Engagement Manager

Position: Workday Senior Engagement Manager Role
Elevate client engagement as a Senior Engagement Manager at Workday in Montreal, Quebec. Manage significant HCM and Financials implementations with best-in-class support.

In this senior position, you will lead a team and ensure successful customer journey through deployment and beyond. Your responsibilities will include project planning, mentoring, and risk management, all tailored to enhance the client experience. You will act as a key liaison between Professional Services and clients to bridge communication and quality during project life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate Workday project implementations

• Participate in sales cycles to create accurate proposals

• Mentor and develop Professional Services team members

• Monitor project performance with relevant tools

• Work collaboratively with clients to address risks and issues

Requirements:

• 4+ years in HCM or ERP implementation management

• Experience with deploying Workday or similar ERP solutions

• Familiarity with project management software is essential

• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
