This role requires 1 to 2 years of experience and a relevant college diploma. As an IT Specialist, you will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design systems, assess security risks, and ensure quality assurance through usability testing. Supporting clients after sales, you will also document all processes for continual improvement.
