Senior Platform Engineer at Buyerlink

Buyerlink seeks a Senior Platform Engineer for its Victoria, BC office. You will manage cloud environments across Google Cloud and Azure while driving infrastructure as code initiatives.

In this hands-on role, you will work directly with platform engineers in Armenia and product teams in various regions including North America. This position emphasizes collaboration and autonomy, with the expectation of meaningful contributions to architecture and technical decisions. Your expertise in Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud operations will play a key role in maintaining environment reliability and optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Cloud and Azure environments effectively

• Implement Terraform for infrastructure as code

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools

• Ensure production environment reliability and incident response

• Handle AWS legacy workload consolidation

Requirements:

• 5+ years in platform or cloud roles

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud or Azure

• Proficient in Terraform for production

• Comfortable with Python, Go, or Bash

• Excellent written communication skills
