As the IT Support Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for all technology-related support needs s includes maintaining technical systems such as laptops and printers, and managing software applications like Microsoft 365 and Procore. You'll provide user support while ensuring compliance with corporate IT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to users
• Image and configure devices as per company standards
• Document issues and maintain accurate IT records
• Assist with new user setups and onboarding processes
• Follow escalation procedures for complex issues
Requirements:
• Diploma in Information Technology or relevant experience
• 1-3 years of IT support experience
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365 applications
• Understanding of basic networking and troubleshooting
• Strong focus on customer service and communication skills
