Elevate your career as an ERP System Administrator managing Acumatica s hands-on role focuses on ERP configuration, user management, and optimizing finance functions.
You will serve as the primary Acumatica administrator, ensuring the system efficiently supports Finance, Procurement, and Logistics operations. Key responsibilities include configuring workflows, enhancing data quality, and troubleshooting issues alongside the implementation partner.
Your role is vital for integrating SAP Concur and managing system upgrades, ensuring operational health across modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and configure Acumatica's user access and workflows
• Implement finance solutions using native Acumatica features
• Optimize accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting
• Oversee SAP Concur integration and triage invoice processing
• Conduct upgrade assessments and maintain system documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of Acumatica administration experience
• Hands-on SAP Concur experience in invoice processing
• Experience with major-version upgrades and risk assessment
• Proficient in Generic Inquiries and approval workflow configuration
• Preferred:
Acumatica certifications in Advanced Financials
