Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of IT is pivotal in managing the Information Technology department's daily operations. This senior role requires a strategic mindset to develop technology strategies aligned with both operational and educational goals. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to assess technology needs and provide innovative solutions throughout the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational and tactical planning for IT strategies

• Oversee infrastructure development and system maintenance

• Implement cybersecurity protocols and compliance measures

• Manage technology expenditures within the school budget

• Support educational programs with appropriate classroom technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent

• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in IT

• Proficiency in network architecture and data access controls

• Strong supervisory skills in end-user support

• Effective communication and team leadership skills
