BCI seeks a Procurement Delivery Lead to transform procurement functions and ensure effective collaboration with vendors. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will navigate competing priorities while managing vendor and application requests.
Your role involves solution delivery, relationship management, and effectively communicating across departments and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for vendor intake requests
• Conduct structured requirements discussions with requestors
• Triage and sequence requests based on risk and complexity
• Coordinate negotiation and logistics with vendors and sourcing teams
• Maintain contract metadata to monitor renewals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in client-facing procurement or operations
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Preferred:
Financial services or AI contract review experience
