You will oversee platform operations, digital analytics, and governance compliance to enhance user engagement. Working with AI-powered tools, you will be pivotal in meeting organizational communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CMS for BCI’s digital platforms
• Publish content and ensure adherence to standards
• Establish digital asset organization for ease of access
• Coordinate maintenance and updates with IT teams
• Develop governance documentation for digital platforms
Requirements:
• 3+ years managing websites or digital platforms
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools
• Experience with UX/UI testing and design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
