Procurement Intake Delivery Lead

Lead procurement intake and vendor coordination from BCI’s downtown Victoria office, using communication and stakeholder influence to move requests forward.
As a Procurement Delivery Lead, you will guide application, software, consulting, and staff augmentation requests through assessment and signing. Reporting to the Director, Procurement, you will coordinate business requestors with Legal, Cyber, Privacy, Technology, and vendors. The role may be filled at Level 1 or Level 2.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage intake requests from submission through assessment and signing
Capture requirements, risks, timelines, and required assessments
Triage requests and establish achievable schedules
Coordinate stakeholders and resolve emerging risks
Keep senior stakeholders informed throughout each process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Three to five years for Level 1
More than five years for Level 2
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder processes
Strong analytical and communication skills
Bring procurement delivery, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination skills to BCI’s evolving intake function in Victoria.
