This role requires strong insurance expertise and an ability to foster client relationships while helping to develop team members. With 2+ years of experience and a Level 2 License, you will play a key role in supporting our community-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-tier client service across all interactions
• Evaluate and recommend personal insurance solutions for clients
• Manage renewals, underwriting, and intricate case matters
• Cultivate enduring relationships and guide clients through challenges
• Collaborate with team members, mentoring and supporting operations
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience
• Level 2 License in good standing
• Proven ability to build relationships and provide excellent service
• Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Passion for teamwork and mentoring within a collaborative culture
