• Assist clients with emergency claims responses
• Utilize EPIC and ICBC systems for transactions
Requirements:
• Strong client focus with professional communication skills
• Availability to work weekends
• Flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances
• A Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence or plan to obtain it
• Respectful and courteous dealing with clients and peers
