CLIENT ADVISOR, COMMERCIAL INSURANCE
Your knowledge and experience in commercial insurance combined with your attention to detail and customer service focus are the keys to success in the role of Client Advisor, Commercial Insurance.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Compiling renewal information, negotiating renewal terms, and preparing all other aspects of renewalsComparing quote options for multiple carriers and presents coverage comparison as neededEnsuring renewals are completed 60 days in advanceReviewing policies to identify coverage gaps, makes recommendations based on clients’ operations, exposures and needProducing pink cards and certificates of insurance, schedules, and claims reportingMaintaining appropriate and clear documentation in agency management systems including policy details, activities and attachments, spreadsheetsAssisting in negotiating renewal terms & developing growthClearly understanding how their actions can positively or negatively affect relationship with our customers, carriers, and coworkersParticipating in ongoing scheduled meetings with team to discuss accounts, renewals and day to day service needs and opportunitiesParticipating in seminars, classes, and webinars for skill and knowledge developmentsOther duties and responsibilities as assignedCOMPENTECIES

2+ years of related and progressive experience in the insurance industry with a strong working knowledge of commercial insurance productsRIBO license requiredCIP or CAIB designation, or working towards is considered an assetExperience in an insurance brokerageExperience with insurance document management software is an assetCOMPENSATION
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 CAD annually
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as a candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, location, and internal equity.
