Position: Nexans Supply Chain Management Lead
Join Nexans as a Supply Chain Manager focused on optimizing processes in our Trenton, Ontario cable manufacturing facilities. Your expertise in inventory and procurement will ensure operational success.

In this pivotal position, you'll report to the Supply Chain & Purchasing Director and manage key supply chain functions at both Sidney Street and Riverside Drive. You'll be responsible for overseeing inventory management, capacity planning, and enhancing supplier relationships. The role calls for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar environment to foster collaboration across teams and drive efficiency in materials flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own inventory execution and management strategy

• Lead capacity planning and production support

• Manage procurement processes for raw materials

• Ensure efficient warehouse operations and material movement

• Foster teamwork and cross-department collaboration

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields

• 5+ years experience in supply chain roles

• Experienced in managing teams within manufacturing

• Knowledgeable in MRP/ERP systems

• Proficient in problem-solving and communication
