Position: Supply Chain Manager Role with Nexans
Elevate your career as a Supply Chain Manager at Nexans, focused on our Trenton, Ontario facilities. Lead supply chain initiatives to support manufacturing efficiency and inventory accuracy.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will directly report to the Supply Chain & Purchasing Director, coordinating activities at both facilities.

Your role covers inventory strategy, capacity planning, and comprehensive procurement responsibilities. With a focus on leadership and collaboration, this position requires you to bring over 5 years of related experience to ensure optimal supply chain performance in our cable manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full supply chain operations including inventory and warehouse management

• Lead capacity planning and scheduling efforts

• Collaborate with procurement to ensure raw materials availability

• Manage material flow and efficiency in warehouse operations

• Guide cross-functional teams towards operational goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• 5+ years in supply chain or manufacturing management

• Proven experience in leading teams in operational settings

• Strong understanding of ERP systems

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
