Custodial Cleaner in Sidney, BC

Join the team as a Custodial Cleaner in Sidney, BC, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere across various facilities. This role includes cleaning common areas, washrooms, and offices on a weekend night shift.

Working every Saturday to Monday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, you will focus on creating a sanitary environment that meets company standards. Your responsibilities include following strict cleaning procedures, ensuring proper waste disposal, and maintaining cleaning equipment for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness of all shared spaces including washrooms

• Conduct thorough sanitation and disinfection of surfaces

• Refill necessary cleaning supplies and manage stock

• Dispose of garbage correctly in provided bins

• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Must pass RAIC Clearance and background screening

• Familiarity with cleaning tools and chemicals

• Previous custodial experience advantageous

• Understanding of safety protocols and labels

• Ability to manage cleaning tasks effectively
