• Clean and maintain kitchen workspace and equipment

• Keep crew rooms, washrooms, and stock areas organized

• Restock supplies as necessary for morning team

Requirements:

• Ability to work solo and stay focused overnight

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness

• Comfortable with lifting and physical activity

• Reliable attendance and ability to work late nights
