Thales is hiring a Corrective Maintenance Lead to manage ship maintenance tasks effectively. This hybrid role combines on-site work with remote responsibilities and focuses on assuring compliance with customer requirements. Your leadership will coordinate defect tracking and management while facilitating collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to ensure optimal maintenance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track new defects and ensure accurate maintenance documentation

• Lead AJISS Assignment Team meetings and administration

• Assign and oversee corrective job specifications

• Ensure jobs align with naval maintenance schedules

• Communicate effectively with OEMs for support agreements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management

• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office

• Background in supervising naval maintenance teams

• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
