In this Seasonal Maintenance Technician position, you will play a vital part in maintaining the infrastructure of Victoria Harbour Resort from August 1 to October 30, 2026. Your tasks will include building repairs, pool operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. With a commitment to service, you will maintain a welcoming atmosphere for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage grounds maintenance and landscaping

• Execute repairs on community buildings and equipment

• Assist residents with various needs like firewood delivery

• Perform daily water testing and documentation

• Supervise pool and spa facility maintenance

Requirements:

• Must have a clean Driver's Abstract

• Water ticket or pool certificate preferred

• Prepared to take water and pool certification courses

• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
