The Belvedere is offering a full-time role ideal for candidates with at least five years of relevant experience in building maintenance. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with building standards while collaborating with residents and the strata council. Your hands-on expertise in repairs and management will be critical to the community’s well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks diligently

• Monitor and inspect plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Coordinate essential services and maintenance contracts

• Prepares reports for the strata council regularly

• Address emergencies outside regular hours

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to effectively manage various tasks

• Knowledge of safety and maintenance protocols

• Valid driver’s license is a plus
