As the Facilities Maintenance Lead, you’ll report to the Director, overseeing a robust maintenance program within the Victoria Regional Transit System. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for facilities management and maintenance
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance operations

Requirements:
• Supervisory experience in a related facilities field
• Knowledge of building maintenance operations
• Proven track record in preventive maintenance

• Mechanical competence for building systems
