Building Caretaker - M'akola Society

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of all assigned buildings

• Clean up litter and post necessary updates

• Assist with inspections and turnover processes

• Conduct minor repairs like patching drywall

• Handle on-call requests effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience

• Familiarity with trades such as electrical, plumbing

• Strong time prioritization and technology use

• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Certification in First Aid Level 1 and WHMIS
