In this Loader role, you will assist drivers by collecting curbside recyclables and maintaining operational records. Your safety-minded approach and dedication will contribute to the company’s mission of waste diversion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect curbside recycling materials from homes
• Engage in heavy lifting and physical tasks
• Keep track of tagged bins accurately
• Operate truck compaction systems during collections
• Ride along with drivers to processing depots
Requirements:
• Safety-oriented mindset on the job
• Strong attendance and work ethic
• Skills in operating vehicles and equipment safely
• Effective client service communication skills
• Previous experience in waste collection is advantageous
