Job Description:
Responsibilities
Lead the development of process and a set of standard operating procedures for a combined Sales and Marketing TeamLead and manage commercial GTM projects from conception to completionDevelop and manage an energy calendar of monthly Sales and Marketing commercial GTM activitiesCoordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectivesDevelop and lead detailed project plans and monitor progressAlign commercial strategies with business objectives and goalsCoordinate with different departments for smooth project executionEvaluate project quality and performanceIdentify and solicit continuous improvement opportunitiesDrive resolution of issues through coordination of actions assigned to key Stakeholders within projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with all key StakeholdersReport on project performance to Senior ManagementIn addition to the above, additional tasks may be required from time to time.
Requirements and Skills
Minimum years’ experience in Project ManagementBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldProject Management Professional designation (PMP)Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Change ManagementExperience with Direct Sales considered an assetExceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skillsStrong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in project management softwareWhat we have:
